The bathroom opens on the bedroom

A beautiful bathroom or bathroom adjoining the bedroom remains a must. A must to sublimate. But how can I decorate this bathroom? How can I coordinate the decoration of each of these rooms

Getting out of bed and going directly to your large or small bathroom is very practical, especially in winter, no time to catch cold. But if this arrangement makes your mornings easier, what does the "ambiance" level look like?  Room and bathroom decor match? Have you created a nice enough space to relax?

In this large apartment located in Berlin, there are plenty of square meters to install a master suite. The bias of interior designer Isabelle Baudry was to play on perspectives by delimiting the space by large glass partitions. The depth of field offered by the wallpaper headboard and the mirror in the bathroom multiplies the volumes.

With a floor just for them, the owners of this Vexin house enjoy a dream master suite under the frame. This one has been modified by interior architect Amélie Collard to open the space and create a free tray, bathed in light. However, a wall has been preserved, surmounted by a glass roof with slightly opaque glass tiles to preserve privacy. The water green used on the bathroom side counterbalances the deeper shade on the bedroom side.

In Lyon, the studio of interior and exterior architecture, New Home Agency, has imagined this space bath. Totally open to the bedroom this one offers a direct view of the garden. No frills! The wide openings let the light reveal the beauty of the simple forms of furniture, natural materials and the originality of this floor.

A master suite with bathtub embedded in the wall

Also in Lyon, Barrès-Coquet Architectes has imagined this modern house. In the bedroom, the bathtub seems carved into a wooden wall. This layout stretches the perspectives offered by the bay windows and anchors this room in nature.

A love nest parental suite

In the attic of this maisonette in Ivry (Hauts-de-Seine), the interior architects agency Maema has built a master suite. The wood is the link between the two spaces, for a feeling of relaxation and well-being. For functional reasons, the white bathroom benefits from the light of the roof window. The wall sconces and suspensions refine the lighting, while the painted beam energizes this area. Maline, the stage optimizes the bedroom area that welcomes a dressing room.

A room with clear but graphic bathroom

In Saint-Germain-en-Laye, the AL2 studio has transformed a 20 m2 garage into a teen bedroom with a shower room. Beautiful volumes, double exposure, opening to the West... The predispositions of this place were optimal for such a transformation. Here the modern decoration remains sober. The white maximizes the clarity of the room. The opening to the wall allows natural light (and air) to pass from the bedroom to the bathroom and at the same time promotes the creation of an harmonious decoration: the lines and accessories in black punctuate the space and make the link from one room to another.

A room with a simple and modern bathroom

In Maubeuge, interior designer Cathy Macquet transformed the game room/storage room into a pleasant master suite. The fallen partition, the bathroom and the bedroom communicate, even if the headboard separates the two spaces. Here, the colors used remain soft: taupe, grey, ideal to warm this universe all in white. Behind a transparent wall, the shower is very discreet.
